OK so another update and maybe feedback from anyone interested?

 

Firstly I am happy to say that Sharptooth the evolved deathclaw companion now has a better companion system using the companion wheel and can do everything the vanilla ones can...apart from the dynamic dialogue but it's not important (about to work on the other 2 now). When hiring him you benefit from the Deathclaw Indifference perk, meaning while travelling with him you will not be targeted by deathclaws. This will be his main benefit to the player...

 

Mac's (the alien guy) benefit will be a kind of player home, the shack he hides out in. It has non-respawning containers, a bed, lab, workbench, and a few goodies.

 

Now F1D0 is a little tricky, I was thinking of giving him the ability to use a 'bark' EMP/concussion projectile but not quite sure how flexible the embedded weapons are - from what I understand the robobrain uses a head node, so would that work on other creatures or is it only usable for the robobrain? I would also like to use gecko fire breath on my deathclaw skeleton rigged gecko monsters if possible?

 

Also I am after an object I found in the geck a while back, it's a stars/space globe with the texture on the inside. I can't seem to find it and need for certain space themed level.

 

Anyway some stuff I have added,

 

I don't think I mentioned this yet but I am having a go at reviving the Raider faction from FO3 like other aspects of that game, these guys will make a nice addition - Raider Psychos (incidentally I like Borderlands but these aren't supposed to actually be them, just a fun reference)

I decided to make high-level Gecko enemy that is set to spawn at higher levels, he is the largest and strongest yet :biggrin:

Added a few more guns courtesy of Ruadhan2300, this awesome gun will be ideal for taking on Prime Droids!

The "space dome" is one of those things that's in the bsa but not geck, as i recall.

Glad to see someone is finally using this stuff.

Thanks found it! Although it looks a lot smaller and less detailed than in FO3, but I no longer have that to compare :unsure: I might have to scale it up and give it a hi-res texture (EDIT: Actually looking at the textures...definately have to!). Thanks for pointing that out anyway, oh and thanks again for your creatures they are awesome! I'm having fun mixing your stuff/CIB resources/Momod together :biggrin:

 

Don't suppose anyone has spotted some alternate smspinebreaker (Super Mutant) skeletons around? Got plenty using this as a base so it would make for more monsters...I remember seeing a FO3 creature mod but can't remember where it is or what it was called.

Here's another progress report, I am nearly done adding new monster to the mod and have begun placing them around the game. Here's some more pics :smile:

 

Enclave Super Soldiers - How FEV experiments should have gone, these will obviously be found with the enclave. When you get hit by the blade-arm ones the effects will be as they should, rather than just for show.

Spiders! :devil: From front to back - Black Widow (high-level, very poisonous), Wolf Spider (low/mid-level, not poisonous), Giant Huntsman Spider (mid/high-level, poisonous)

Starting with some new ants, more on the way. The front and side view is of the Giant Armor Ant - who is...giant and armored, and tiny Red Ants. These will be small with lower stats but come in large groups and are fast, making them a real pest. I also did the same thing with the Black Wasp enemies, if you have ever played Momod then you know what they look like.

And even more Feral Ghouls. These new clothed ghouls will have a chance to drop equipment to use - the ones will helmets may drop them as loot, and the doctor one may drop meds. The massive one on the left is a Behemoth. I haven't set any plans for him in stone yet, he might be unique.

Wow I can't wait! will this be a successor to When Worlds Collide? I love that mod and it looks like the brotherhood of darkness armor and the poseidon revolutionaries robot in the first page. Edited by jarethsolis
