"Manage Rules" is glitchy

so hey, today i had a bunch of problems with vortex, like when vortex decided to auto-update and restart vortex, after that i runned vortex again to manage some mods and had to reinstall vortex bc of a msg i got that said "ur running older version than 1.2.8" or something.. like that i have 1.1.6.v or i dont know how do i explain.. so after i reinstalled vortex and downloaded all mods to Fallout 4 i had to manage rules, so i tried.. i have around 53 mods installed on Fallout 4 but i was doing it by a guide on youtube so every time i alt+tabbed and wanted to manage it to "before" or "after" it simply put all the rules to default so i have to manage it again, (im gonna try to explain it better, when i put like 15 mods to "after" and then alt+tab and then go to vortex again a put another mode to "before" it will put all rules to default and i have to do it all over again.. don't know if this is normal and im just retarded, or is this bc of the new update.. btw i never had this issue before this is first time that i had this bs)
