Missing master for original skyrim

I have all my mods ready and im ready to play but for some reason my masters are missing. Ive made sure the the game is launch-able both skse and original from vortex itself too. The game and the mods are downloaded on the same drive. And all the videos ive found and posts ive found say to just go to plugins and fix them. But when i go to plugins they dont exist.... AT all. I dont understand why this is so unintuitive. Im gonna try just uninstalling and reinstalling the game again from steam and work from there if anyone can help please do or make an updated video because the vortex sponsored videos are all out of date for the current patch and his vortex looks completely different than mine and its super frustrating not being able to fix this. It would also help if any explanations were typed out a lil more thorough for my processing of solutions. Thanks!

People need to stop uninstalling and reinstalling everything for the tiniest of problems, all that does is just adds more time and work for something that won't even affect the problem.

First off, make sure you're using Mods for Skyrim LE, and not Skyrim SE.
Make sure you're using SKSE, and not SKSE64

Next, when you install a mod

I don't think Your Masters won't show up in the plugins tab unless you pick your masters will show up until you pick "LOADED BY ENGINE" in the STATUS dropdown on the Plugins page.

Check your game data folder to see if the ESMs are there

1. Download the mod

2. Click INSTALL

3. Click ENABLE
4. Click DEPLOY.

-OR-

Go to SETTINGS------>INTERFACE-turn ON "Deploy Mods When Enabled" and "Enable Mods when Installed"

So i did all those things including the reinstall since i had uninstalled before you had said so. Surprisingly uninstalling and reinstalling has now given me skyrim.esm and update.esm still missing hearth, dawnguard, dragonborn esms alongside the unofficial skyrim legendary patch. I made sure im using the proper mods for the proper game and made sure im using the correst skse. Still havent managed to fix the other missing masters. Any possible solutions.

Holy mess balls i fixed it. It wasnt windows defender. I had a thought that maybe since bethesda is known for their horrible coding on dlcs that maybe they just weren't activated for whatever reason. I knew i had the esm files in the folder so i booted up a vanilla version and skse version made a character and progressed until i got the starting quest for all 3 dlcs. Essentially the quest to build house, get attacked by the guys and read the note, and easiest just run to the dawnguard fort. After doing so on BOTH (idk if it made a difference on both or only one of the versions mattered) i saved, exited and behold WORKING esm files that the game could now find. Idk if this is due to me having had the game on my C drive before and now its on my E drive or what the issue was but hopefully this helps some of you that have some sort of issue like mine. Thanks for trying to help me out!
