"File Conflict" Mods dont get deployed

Hello,

 

yesterday I wanted to start Skyrim again and wanted to add some Mods. I updated the Vortex Software and installed the SKSE from Steam. I activated all the add ons in the Skyrim Launcher, cause they were deactivated.

 

I started the Vortex Software and downloaded some Mods over the Nexus Page. Now I have a Problem with adding several Mods.

 

For example if I want to add the "SMIM" and the "Parallax by Pfuscher" there are file conflicts to relsolve. I set the rules to the suggested choices and deploy again.

I installed and deployed the SMIM before the other one and I want to replace the conflict files with the "Parallax by Pfuscher". So the install and deploy order is correct. Nevertheless the "Parallax by Pfuscher" mod doesnt appear in the "Game mods folder" where the deployed apps appear.

 

Some other mods dont get deployed in that folder aswell, although it doesnt show any errors or file conflicts. If something like this happens the game doesnt start anymore and that usually means that mods dont work together, but I thought Vortex would issue an error if thats the case.

Another thing is, I think the deploy order of some mods are just wrong, and thats the case that the mod wont work ingame: the "Elsopa - Animated Celtic Icons" needs the Mod "SkyUI" for deployment. But Vortex sets the "Elsopa" in the "Deploy Order" on Position 1 and the "SkyUI" on position 5. How can I change that? I, myself installed and deployed "SkyUI" before "Elsopa".

 

 

I also tried purging and deploying again but that didnt help either for any of those issues.

Parallax by Pfuscher is only Texture and Mesh files, there's no ESP or ESM, so the files from that mod will be inside the Textures and Meshes folder.

 

ElSopa's mod is an SWF file that goes in the INTERFACE folder.

That's another one you can't sort, and it doesn't matter where it is in the list.

Make sure you''re using SKyrim LE mods, and not Skyrim Special Edition mods.

That's the most common mistake

Edit: yep seems to be the problem, a lot of my mods have the shortcut SE in their names ... oh noez and nearly none of them have an LE replacement, im gonna cry x)
