Trouble at Point Lookout

So, this is probably been asked before but I was wondered if it was a problem with the Gamebyro engine. I notice that in Point Lookout, mostly around the swamp area the frame drops catastrophically, button presses take a few seconds to register and VATS is annoyingly slow. I wonder if it might be to do with all the trees in such a small area and it's pushing the GPU too hard.

I wondered because other games that I play on my system such as New Vegas and Skyrim seem to run fine. The rest of Fallout 3 is perfectly fine it's only really just the Point Lookout DLC. I have a list of my system specs and mods if that helps. I'm sure it's the amount of trees in a confined space but does anyone have another insight.

System Specs:

AMD A9-9410 with AMD R5 M430 APU

5 Cores= 2C+3G

250GB Gigabyte SSD. with 500GB Toshiba secondary SSD.

8GB DDR4 RAM

Mod list in load order:

Fallout and all DLC's followed by,

Hair pack.esm

Sydney Follower.esp

A World Of Pain FO3.esm

hair_add_npc.esp

Dimonized Type 3 replacer and clothing.esp

Refugee clothing.esp

vaultgirlnr.esp

vault555.esp

Lookout outfits.esp

Trentontowers.esp

QApplebysoutfit.esp

Sydney Follower load order fix.esp

Anchorage Aftermath.esp

Again, everything else in Fallout 3 seems to running perfectly, just Point Lookout is sluggish.

The game engine has a problem with a CPU with more than 2 cores. The usual fix is to disable the additional cores before starting the game.

With my 2 core AMD CPU at 2.9GB, I have never had a problem at Point Lookout. I also don't have the game installed in Program Files.

This is probably not the right place since i'm talking about the Patch 1.5.0.23 GOTY Edition for the Xbox 360 (more specifically the backwards compatibility emulation for the xbox one), last night i turned off the console with the game running which had no effect last time, but now the point lookout dlc doesn't load despite having it downloaded, does anyone know how to fix it, is it an error with the disc, the xbox shows it is downloaded, it merely doesn't appear in the "show downloads" menu and displays the "this save is missing content" warning.
