Request: Borderlands 2 Nexus Mods Site

I'm just wondering if you could add mods for this game, for example: Improved textures, Missions optimized for single player instead of multiplayer co-op, Add extra backpack/bank capacity, etc.

Last I heard the game was cooked in such a way that made modding very hard to achieve. Not much was happening in that community.
