OK, so the ESL installs fine, the problem is the videos aren't showing up in the crafting table?

Did you try going to Furniture in your workshop menu and scrolling all the way to the left?

VotW has its own category in the builder menu with the crafting table, TV's and players and this crafting station is unique and no other furniture menus applys to this mod, least it should not and i did look and you only have the one station that crafts the holotapes. Right now i uninstalled Vortex and im reinstalling a few mods with VotW and ill see. Manually downloading for NMM and adding the files to archive and then drop dragging them into NMM.

Update: Nope it did not work, still doing it.

I asked about the Furniture menu because it's in the Mod's FAQ that that's where it should be

There is no relating furniture section with this crafting station other then the VotW section with the station and TV's. Not sure what you mean besides that. Im doing a fresh install of FO4 because i guess all mods that was still in the FO4 file was still "Vortex" so i dont know... After i install this mod with a fresh install of FO4 ill take another look and see but im 100% sure there were no relating crafting stations to craft holotapes other then the one under the VotW section in the builder menu. Also to note, the correct station and the way it looks is a dead giveaway its to craft holotapes so i know i was not using the wrong one.

Does not work with NMM with a 100% fresh install of FO4.

SO even switching to NMM instead of using Vortex the mod doesn't work?

Then the mod author needs to fix his FOMOD, because it doesn't work with both NMM and Vortex

DId you install the MCM version?

When you go through the installation, are you DEPLOYING all of the installed ESPS?

Yeah i tried 2 times with fresh FO4 installs with Vortex and NMM and they dont work with this mod and the creator claims its a Vortex issue.

Yes i also did MCM and none on many troubleshoots.

I just know the VotW master esm and the Votwspecialvidieo esl that the manager shows and has toggled. and then the ba2 files which im sure was installed https://imgur.com/a/RudDGlp

right now i uninstalled NMM and reinstalled Vortex and have not installed VotW this time and prob wont till others can say it works or it doesn't work and maybe get it to work. I'll just get my game working like it was before messing with everything and leave it like that till a fix. Sucks because that mod was what got me to install FO4 gain =(

Also to note, he says he doesn't use Vortex but never says which manager he did use, least not that i seen. was going to try FOMOD but i been at this since yesterday for this mod alone and i dont think i can do it anymore.

Just to add my 2 cents.

I initially LOVE mods like that, for Oblivion, FO3, FONV, etc, but usually after installing them, and playing for an hour or two, I just go "Meh, it's fun, but it's just really bloating my load order", so I find that after a night of play I start to question why I installed them in the first place, because while they're fun and everything, it's just something that's adding to my load order, and not my game play, so I end up removing them anyway.

That's just MY personal opinion, and it's not attacking the mod or the mod author in any way, as these mods serve a real purpose for people who want a truly immersive experience in their game, and I'm glad they exist, it's just that if my load order was really large and I needed to remove mods, the first mods to go would be any mod that is just a "Cool thing" and doesn't actually add to the game play.

Now I just pick mods that directly affect game play and experience.

Again, just MY experience, you however, do whatever works for you

My basic advice is, when you are considering downloading a mod, ask yourself "Do I really NEED it?"

I have my needs and then ill add stuff like this and i normally never have more then 20 mods anyways, ever. I pick what i think are the best and thats it, not every mod i see. I wanted this mod because it would have been neat to add working TV's to a boring playing home and such and have cartoon or w/e play on loop none stop but sadly not this time... lol.
