AlfredTheUnprepared
On my less than year old brand new laptop, when I am playing any game and rotate the camera, bright lights or bright surfaces leave behind an ugly, noticeable black blur. it even happens in browsers. Reducing the refresh rate from 144 hz to 60 helps somewhat. Switching graphics cards does nothing. It does not show up when I connect to an external display. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm at my whits end.
JimmyRJump
It's oversaturation caused by either an in-game setting or in the software of the GPU. This happens mostly in bright light (or extreme darkness with lightpoints that reflect off of shiny skin or clothing/armour) and wet surroundings. It's often caused by ambient occlusion or some other lighting setting in the NVidia or AMD software.
