TUTORIAL: REMOVING UNWANTED MAGIC EFFECTS FROM THE PLAYER

Hello, i've been looking for months and I just cannot find a fix for this bug that just won't cease following me everywhere. It's like, whenever the camera is close to a dragon breath attack that makes smoke or when I zoom in too close to any smoke in general this happens...sometimes it goes away when i go through places, but not often, it stays with me until I reload a game, even after hard dragon fights and no saving...Here are my mods(Haven't redone DynDOLOD cause this keeps happening, as well as CTD's for whatever reason, it seems casting gets locked at times as well. And i've looked all over for this fog issues, no results for months if not a year now.) Btw, the load order was backwards in the list, i don't know why.

i've tried everything so far but i have no clue what effect this is, i just started playing and i've even tried the cleansing altar of the unofficial patch, nothing so far removed this annoying effect, what do i do?

it comes and goes, usually during a fight, it has a similar sound and visual effect to the stoneflesh spell when it activates but just looks like this pale blue

also i'm using YASH so i don't have any spells in my inventory

 

had to convert it to a PDF because it wasn't letting me post the damn picture

It did to me where my male PC went to Sovngarde; he got Sovngarde glow effect. Then on 5th main quest on Dragonborn, he got dwarven steam. I tried dispelling and resurrecting but no luck.
