MyMiddleNameIsCoffee Posted May 5, 2023 Share Posted May 5, 2023 (Black smoke around certain npc's when I get close to them and damage to their health without me attacking) I've treid removing all effects, removing everything from my inventory and starting a new game, it's still happening.How do I fix it, PLEASE help?! Whenever my character enters water deep enough to cover his head I am getting a green effect over entire body that leaves kind of smoky trail on the water.It's not connected to my gear and I don't have any active spells when I try this... Yungski04 Posted November 3, 2023 Share Posted November 3, 2023 (edited) I've been experiencing an issue with a purple magic effect appearing on my character every time I engage in combat. Sometimes it will spam continuously, resulting in FPS loss. Does anyone know what this is or why it's happening? It only seems to appear whenever the character enters combat. Dr4nn0c Posted February 16 Share Posted February 16 Hey ! OK, playing Skyrim in 2024, and I got the DRAGON PRIEST PURPLE SMOKE (purple mist with 2 dots at the feets). But nothing works to fix it. Maybe the fixed script would help (as our steve linked in his message), but the link has expired ! Someone has fixed it recently ? Thx in advance, more i struggle to remove it, more it annoys me.
