FNIS not responding when launching through Vortex

I can run FNIS just fine trough the Data\Tools.

But if I run FNIS through dash board or automatic on deploy event. FNIS will show up and run, but when it reaches "generating behavior files" stage it'll stuck and eventually not responding. I first notice this is in Feb when I tried to play Skyrim SE. and now I'm playing Skyrim LE. This happens for both version of the game, and both version of FNIS(normal and XXL). I checked google for tutorial and trouble shoot, can't seem to find how to fix this.

If anyone can help I would really appreciate it!

Cheers.

Did you set the TARGET and START IN folders properly?

For me, with SKyrim SE the target folder/path is
D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISForUsers.exe

The Start in path is
D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\

And that's why it's not responding.

It's not installed properly.

It needs to be in the path just like I showed, the only difference being the drive letter ad the path to steam

you should have a Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_users\ folder path

And you're using FNIS for LE and not SE?
