I'm afraid I don't know. I suspect an advert was accepted into rotation by the ad provider that shouldn't have been. That's only a guess though.

A good description of what is happening that makes you think this is a bad ad:
After a few seconds I get redirected to a fake/scam site. Apparently, I have won some kind of prize (never heard that one before...).

Received this today (16/8/2020). Time: Around 5pm GMT+8. Ran 2 scans with Bitdefender and my PC is clean, I've had my antivirus on ever since I bought the PC. General location: Singapore.
