HadToRegister Posted May 31, 2020 Share Posted May 31, 2020 That screenshot is so tiny I'd need a microscope to read it.But, considering you reinstalled windows, I'm going to assume your error is caused by your C:\users\YOUR NAME\appdata\roaming\Vortex folder being erased because it wasn't backed up, so now Vortex has no idea what Mods were installed.
