Fallout New Vegas Mods Not Showing Up

I have a clean copy of fallout new vegas and i have vortex 1.2.15 and the mods i have show up as enabled in vortex , and when i check data files for fallout nv , my mods show up. But hwen i load up the game , mods like https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/50957 and https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/42507 do not show up in game.

Well, one mod is an ENB graphics mod, and needs ENB to use it properly.

As far as the MCM menu, did you DEPLOY the mod after Installing and Enabling it?
Also check the Plugin Tab and check if it's enabled there.

i made sure to deploy the mod and i checked the plugin tab and it is enabled there.

do you need an mcm required mod to use mcm menu?

I have MCM installed but no in game menu. I dont know if i have to have a mcm required mod for it to show. I have zero errors, its all inside the game directory, and ive tried archive invalidation.

 

I also dont think NVTF (new vegas tick fix) is working but i cant confirm it
