As you can see from my pipboy inventory, the Q key decided to apparently take a break at fort pissoff on the planet of pandora. How did this happen? I don't know, but even the key binding in the options menu has disappeared.

Go to settings - controls, see if it just didn't lose the key assignment.

Some mods cause this and even the F4SE, Just go into setting and reassign it.

It got erased from the bindings settings entirely two as if it never existed, I had to reinstall F4SE and start the game up again several times to get it back to normal.
