Vortex mods not working Skyrim SE

Hello all, I recently installed vortex and installed some mods for skyrim se. When launching the game from the vortex launcher, the game works and the mods show up in my in game mod menu/load order. However, the effects of the mods are not actually changing the game at all. The mods are enabled and deployed, not sure what else to do.

First, stop opening up the in-game mod menu/load order.

It'd be helpful if you posted which mods you installed, as they may have requirements that you've overlooked.
