Sparrowhawk69
OK so I have been using NMM since the beginning, I have not played this normal skyrim game for around 3yrs which I had heavily modded and moved to vortex which screwed up all my mods. So I deleted the full game because it would no longer work and NMM is not really supported anymore. I finally came back to try out Skyrim SE installing through Vortex, luckily for me everything is going on smooth and I have no conflictions, the confliction detection is the only useful thing Vortex brings to the table. So all of my mods are on and installed. Now my main question is, am I supposed to do the rest old school , drag and drop everything in to the data folder and let them overwrite? Is there a application to replace NMM to organise my mods properly? Because the drag and drop method is pretty messy and takes ages, So what would people recommend as a mod organiser? Currently I launch and not a single thing has changed in Skyrim even tho I have 30 mods correctly installed, so what program do I use to actually control, organise and enable my mods? Also CBBE body slider seems to be empty, which is weird because everything through Vortex says is installed fine.
HadToRegister
Did you UNINSTALL your Mods that were Installed with NMM first?Because as far as NMM is concerned, if you didn't use NMM to uninstall your mods, then NMM thinks they're still installed.Somebody just started a thread yesterday or the day before with this exact problemWhy are you dragging and dropping when you have Vortex able to install them? You're already using a Mod Organizer, that's what Vortex is.
