Who is updating the Script Merger Program these days

I want to report a bug in the Script Merger (actually an enhancement that is not working). I go to the Script Merger "MOD" in Nexus and notice that forum questions, Posts or bug reports have not been responded to by the author in Yeeeaaars. Last Bug responded to by author was in 2017. There are 3 bugs "being looked at" from 2016! If NexusMods is not the right site to report bugs in the program (maybe Github is??) please let me know. I know a new version of Script merger just came out about a week ago, so someone is updating it.

I was recently informed by one of the community experts that Vortex has nothing to do with Script Merger; if there is something wrong with it, I need to talk to the programmer. But I don't know how to get in touch with him/her.

The script merger is actually being looked after by the Vortex developers (although independent of Vortex itself). You can report issues on the current build here: https://github.com/IDCs/WitcherScriptMerger/issues
