Elezeid
(I apologize in advance if this is the wrong section.) Is there a place where we can thank the mod developers? I think a general thread where people can just thank or commend a particular mod or several mods. And I'm not just talking about commenting the original upload thread, or the upload page. I think it would be excellent if there was just a place, an archive of "thank you" and "good job" messages to the modders. If there isn't such a thread yet, I'd like to dedicate this one to the idea. People put a lot of work and time into this sort of thing, and it's always good to show appreciation, or to be appreciated. To start, I'll just say thanks to hothtrooper44 for the "Immersive Armors" and "Immersive Weapons" mods! I was sold on the first screenshot. Awesome work. I'm sure it goes without saying that these are incredible, and I'm also sure that it's been said before. However, I'd like to officially say it. hothtrooper44, if you read this, thank you for your work, and thank you to all (if any) of the people who worked with you on it. EDIT: I would also like to include filled mod requests, but there may already be a place for that. Edited January 19, 2013 by Elezeid

Kraeten
Okay I'd like to give a HUGE thank you to.....*takes deep breath* FranklinZunge for his Hide Armor with Sleeves mod among his other armor sleeve mods. Thanks to him the game doesn't feel quite so much like a Conan the Barbarian simulator. :P Dreogan for his Dragonebone Ebonsteel Armor mod. You made Dragon bone armor look a billion times better than the vanilla model! xxxNEOxxx for his Knightly Armory mod. He makes steel plate just the way I like it, sturdy and heavy looking. Isilmeriel for his stellar LOTR Weapons Collection. I can't tell you guys how much I love having Glamdring strapped to my character's hip. ActusReus for his Plate Armors. You can never have too much awesome looking knight styled armors IMO. CaBaL120 for his incredibly detailed armor re-textures like Amidianborn Steel plate. Your talent blows me away every time. lamer1000 for his Orcish Blademaster and weapons standalone mod. I love how this mod gives a nod to Oblivion's Orcish armor. stroti for his many modding resource contributions. Modders like him are responsible for all the neat clutter you find in player abodes. In stroti's case he's not only contributed clutter but also new buildings AND interiors, which is really darn cool. I hope we'll see more from him! Oaristys also for his modding resource contributions. You've all most likely benefited from his, and Tony67's work already. They're responsible for the majority of the neat clutter in player abodes, including my own castle stonespire. supernastypants for his Buildable Home mod and Resource. If not for his bookshelf resource I might have gone crazy getting those wretched things to work. Azraille for his Dark Souls Elite Knight Armor. Major props for recreating one of the coolest knight armors I've seen. FlahoShi for his SPECTACULAR Wassersturz - Cascades player abode. He really inspired me to be creative in designing my own player abodes. Asaheim wouldn't have been made if I hadn't been completely blown away by his work. I encourage everyone to give his mod a try. SLuckyD for his mannequin script fix. Without it I think the moving mannequin bug would have driven me nuts. s3b3k87 for his RealLike ENB. Thanks to him I can enjoy the gorgeous ENB graphics even on my old rig. Omesan for his Einherjar armor, a rough norse style armor more awesome than any that was included in the vanilla game. lumps for his Heroic Stormcloak Armor, because who says Stormcloaks only wear light armor?! Feathergrey for his Pants For Imperial Heavy Armor. The only reason my Legionaire hasn't lost his family jewels to the cold is thanks to this mod. shingouki2002 and especially Waalx for sharing The Chronicles of Steel -Skyrim- Realswords mod. Some of my favorite Norse styled swords are in this mod. scot for his leather armor replacement. I really hated the vanilla leather armor, and his re-textured thieves guild armor looks great! And finally lesma666 for his Shield of the Lone Wolf mod, making it fit in well with Steel Plate armor. And these are just a few of the taleneted modders who have made Skyrim a fun experience for me. You guys are brilliant and imaginative, and I wish you all the best! Edited January 19, 2013 by Kraeten

ilikecheese1337
OK, in no particular order, big thanks to the following mod authors and their teams: xweto, for Skyrim Bigger Trees which gives Skyrim's forest a foreboding, awe-inspiring, fantasy-esque feel Dreogan, because Dragonbone Ebonsteel Armour really should be more well-known considering how amazing it is Holth2004, for Castle Grey, which is a simply astounding castle, this mod having been sadly abandoned (though it's still great in it's current state) due to trolling Okiir, for the Halls of Dovahndor, which is not so much a player home as a city in progress EnaiSiaion for his Apocalypse Spell Package, because summoning volcanoes is awesome Phenderix for Phenderix Magic Evolved, because throwing giants around with Blaze of Wrath is satisfying WarriorKeKe for WarriorKeKe's Skyrim Spells and Powers, because Waterwalking is useful and Mass Force is hilarious Benjamin318 and CaBaL, whose retextures are mind-blowing BellaGail for Better Females, because vanilla female face textures are terrible isoku, for Deadly Spell Impacts, which look great 3JIou. for Deadly Dragons, which should be a mandatory download - seriously, that's your apocalyptic mythic race, Bethesda? jacktthompson, for the ever-useful Dispel Light Spell Mattcm919, for Dragon Falls Manor, a house in possibly the best location in Skyrim for a house Brumbek, for the SMIM Static Mesh Improvement Mod, because jagged meshes cause pain Arthmoor, for letting us tell the Blades where to stick it about Paarthurnax Zappoo, for More Rain and More Snow which make blizzards and rainstorms truly awesome Expired, for RaceMenu which is highly useful NebuLa et al. for Skyrim HD which among other mods helps make Skyrim a beautiful game Plutoman et al. for Realistic Lighting With Customisation, which makes Skyrim look much nicer without any FPS loss MyGoodEye for IMAGINATOR, because it allows changing visuals while ingame with no FPS loss, and is my preference over any ENB raiserfx for Ruins Clutter Enhancement, because Dovahkiin does a lot of dungeon crawling isoku (again) for Wet and Cold, which makes changes so simple, obvious and immersion-enhancing that I wonder what was going through the minds of Skyrim's developers when they didn't include them perseid9, for Realistic Needs and Diseases, a simple and balanced needs mod Chesko for Frostfall, which makes Skyrim far more immersive johnwd7 for Footprints, which I was surprised were not in the vanilla game OpticShooter/SparrowPrince, for W.A.T.E.R., Lush Trees and Lush Grass which are excellent graphics mods Kerplunk, for Watery Rocks which are included in WATER Laast, for Pure Waters, a nice alternative to WATER Flokii for Ultimate Follower Overhaul, which makes followers useful BuzzDee84, for Ultimate HD Fire Spells which look brilliant A1021 and ALH for Staff of Magnus Fix and Staff of Magnus Improved, because this staff was neglected Gabriel Mailhot, for the Eyes of Beauty which add variety to eyes SkyUI Team, for a Skyrim UI which doesn't make me want to defenestrate my laptop. da5id2701, for Unlimited Bookshelves, his nifty bookshelf script Emma Amepo Lycanthrops, for Vilja in Skyrim, adding to the list of Skyrim characters with personality Vohcaz, for True Dragonblood, which makes Shouts useful VirusType2 aka Vergis, for Skyrim Performance PLUS series, which helps performance in forest areas COTS, for No More Ugly Bronze Skin, which makes reflections on skin better TrebTreb, for Get Snowy, a nice aesthetic addition Eck, for Guard Dialogue Overhaul, because you're the freaking Dragonborn, not a target for guards' insults abot, for Fires Hurt, another odd omission from vanilla Stephanie Young for Better Field Grasses, a grasses retexture that goes well with the Lush Grass remesh Kevin Kidder for Better Magic, which rebalances magic combat lamer1000, for Destructible Bottles, because bottles are not indestructible QuarnAndKivan et al. for Skyrim Unofficial Patches, which make the game more stable Jason2112, for ATTK Power Loader, which lets me run all these mods without crashing. ...Wow, I can't believe I typed all that, but I had little else to do and just wanted to say thank you for all my mods. Well, I can't do any more because a.) I don't have any more time (I typed this on my phone while waiting for something) and b.) I'm running out of positive adjectives and adjectival constructs, but a big thank you to all modders on Skyrim Nexus, Steam Workshop and Elsweyr elsewhere, who breathe new life into the game every day and fix what Bethesda missed. Happy Modding, everybody.
