Any quick way to modify the editor ID's?

Hello everybody.

 

The mods with editor ID's that don't start with a letter lead to more frequent crashes to desktop and I'd like to find an alternative to the manual edition.

 

Do you know any tool I can use to quickly change an important number of editor ID's?

 

I'd be very grateful.

Do I know of anything that could do this? No

Do I suspect that tes3cmd could do this? Yes. It's the only low-level tool I can think of which has even a possibility of working.
