List of mods - Missing Texture Exclamation mark

I'm trying to get these mods to work via Nexus Mod Manager, I used FOMS 2 to put them in order. I had to deactivate some to get the game to launch though. However I immediately get the missing texture or model exclamation mark, even at the birth scene.

I'm doing it wrong, question is: how?

It'd be appreciated if I received some support

First, your load order is a mess. Use BOSS to sort your load order http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/10193 You cannot use NMM to install Fallout Wanderers Edition, read the mod page for installation instructions. You cannot use FOOK2 and FWE together. You are just asking for trouble. You do not need the individual plugins for DC Interiors, just the Combo Edition as stated on the mod page. It is evident that you have just installed a lot of mods without doing any research or reading the mod pages or ReadMe. This is an absolute necessary step on the way to a stable game. One of the first posts you should read is this one: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/652876-fallout-3-modding-and-you/ Trying to get that amount of mods working together takes some work and research on your part. You should get FO3Edit and the Training Manual : http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/637 and http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/8629

Good luck.

RumpNissen89 - Hello!

Definitely get BOSS as M48A5 suggests, it'll really help you sort out that load order as it's very mixed up. :)

A few tips, you're using all of the DCInterior plugins, I don't know which version you have but even with the slightly older one you only need:

DCInteriors_Combo edition.esm

DCInteriors_Collectables.esp

DCInteriors_Side Quests.esp

The other DC Interior plugins you have are intended to be stand alone & are contained in DCInteriors_Combo edition.esm.

So untick & remove those others.

Also, there's a new DCInteriors out now that's just one plugin that you may wish to update to:

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/5573

Your MMM .esp's are quite scrambled, group them like this:

Mart's Mutant Mod.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Anchorage.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC The Pitt.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Broken Steel.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Point Lookout.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Zeta.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - FWE Master Release.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - FWE Master Release + DLCs.esp

You need to untick & remove these:

Mart's Mutant Mod - Zones Respawn.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - Tougher Traders.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - Natural Selection.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - Master Menu Module.esp

As they are included in the Mart's Mutant Mod - FWE Master Release.esp patch that you have.

Hope this helps!

Alright, I've excluded a bunch of mods now and reinstalled the mods this time in FOMM (new). Now however FOOK2's weapons are missing textures. I have reactivated and reinstalled Archiveinvalidation several times but to no avail. I'm using BOSS to put them in order and tried rearranging the order myself several times, but same problem all the time. I've checked the other mods and it is ONLY FOOK2 that has this problem, I've tried several times to reinstall that too.

Have you downloaded both files for FOOK2? Did you follow the installation instructions to the letter? You cannot use FOMM to install FOOK2, only to activate it. Please re-read the mod description page or the FOOK2 ReadMe for installation instructions. Edited by M48A5

RumpNissen89 - Hello!

I don't use FOOK2 myself so I can't give first hand advice however if it's only items from that mod that are not showing up it suggests something is going wrong with how it's files are installing.

I take it you have the latest version:

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/4448

If you are using another archive program, it's possible it's not unpacking fully. Make sure everything that you see in the archive is getting unpacked.

If you can see which FOOK2 weapons are missing their textures, check your Fallout 3/Data/Textures folder & make sure the FOOK2 Textures are in there.

Make sure you're not using Archiveinvalidation Invalidated! AND the archive invalidation built into FOMM or NMM as that would cancel both of them out.

If you are using Archiveinvalidation Invalidated!, turn it off & try using the built in FOMM/NMM one instead. If you use the FOMM/NMM one do the opposite. I have on occasion seen people have trouble with one & not the other.

If still no joy, try posting the problem on the FOOK2 Coments board on that page I linked to above.

It seems to still be active & you're more likely to get someone who uses FOOK2 there.

Hope this helps!

Missing textures with FOOK2 1.2OB weapons is going to be that you do not have the FOOK2 - Main.BSA installed or you are using an out-of-date compatibility patch. I would say use the correct patches for FOOK2 1.2OB with WMK 1.1.9 (WMKFOOK2 Compatibility Patches by Antistar) and MMM 6.x (MMMFOOK2 Compatibility Patches by BAN), but you are still going to have a metric ton of conflicts with that load out.

FOOK2 or FWE, pick one.
