Vortex reset after computer trouble, still have old mod deployment folder

Vortex reset after i had trouble with my pc, however I still have the mod deployment folder with all my mods in it, how do I get vortex to recognize it and load it?

You need to restore the C:\users\YOUR NAME\appdata\roaming\Vortex folder

If that is gone, you need to start over.
