CTD When Opening Container Inv. Please Help

The title basically says what the problem is. Whenever I attempt to open the inventory of any container my game instantly CTD. I know that this is occuring as a result of one of the mods I have installed and not the base game (I tested using a mod purge). But I can't for the life of me figue out which mod is causing it. There are no conflicts to my knowledge and the game otherwise works perfectly fine. I'm able to use the quick retrieve function to take things out but I'm unnable to trade with vendors or NPCs or put items in a container without CTD. I'm not sure why but my F4SE is not working either but I don't think that's what is causing it.

I have included images of what I believe are the most likely culprits, the F4SE error and Fallout 4 main folder.

Note: my F4SE is the latest available on the website and my F4 is up to date. I have no idea why I am getting this error.

TL/DR

> CTD whenever an object inventory opens

> F4SE not working but seemingly unrelated

> Related to the installed mods not the base game

> Relevant images attached

If you possess the relevent knowledge to help me fix F4SE then please assist with that as well but I'm mainly focused on the original bug. Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Note: I possess a video that goes through my full mod list but it's too big to upload here so just ask and include a method of contact and I'll send it to you if you would like it.

Yeah, there was a bunch of updates just this past week, from F4SE to LOOT, even MO2 has an update.

CBBE and most of its variants as well.

Out of the 80 or so mods I use, I think about 70 have updates.

So now I feel like a god damn numbnut.

It wasn't working because my mods weren't up to date.

Remember folks, always update before complaining on the forums.

Any chance I you could tell me what you updated? I'm having this problem myself
