  1. Well, if you’re lazy like I am you can download a cheat terminal that’s available for both PC and console. With it you set your SPECIALs, and perks to whatever you want. Need more caps, no problem, running low on ammo, not any more, don’t want to do a quest for a certain object, don’t have to. I use this one for both… https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13285
  2. I started a new SE game about a month ago including reloading all my favorite mods without issue. No conflicts or crashes. I really still have a case against AE after all the problems it caused, so I am pretty sure I’ll never use it. On a side note, I did try the fishing they included with the update, LAME! I was hoping it’d be a little more immersive like the fishing is in the Far Cry series.
  3. Go to Steam, go to your library. Select SSE and hit play. Once you do it’ll bring up the Skyrim start page where you’ll click on options. It’ll bring up a screen where you can make sure the window option is not checked, if it is uncheck it. At that point it automatically will also check your settings and allow full screen. You can also then choose the resolution you want. Close it all out, restart, and you should be full screen.
  4. Always played as a tank, so two handed weapon for me, battle axes preferred. Yeah, it can be a little limiting as I can’t cast, but considering I charge in for CQB it’s not that great a handicap. Also, my followers/companions are magic weilders so they are good about taking care of ranged attacks.
  5. Or just have raiders take them all over once you become the Overboss of Nuka World.
  6. Well, let’s face it, for the most part all the Fallouts are nothing more than babysitting or games of go fetch. At least if you want, you and your gang of sloots can run rampant through the land killing indiscriminately and be the most evil bunch to ever rule the land. Come to think of it, all the Skyrim games are that way too, pretty liberating being the worse, most depraved monsters in the realm. You should try it.
  7. Can’t help with the ranking, but here’s pretty much every military pattern out there… https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10021 And yes, it’s CBBE compatible.
  8. Amazing follower tweaks let’s you mod character looks quite a bit, from hair and facial to body type, might want to give it a try. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26976 There’s also looks menu, and several Curie presets that can be used to remake Nora. Or the easiest way would be just to marry Curie if that what you’re really wanting to do using this mod… https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21932
  9. Man, you still shilling about that showler? Quit white knighting for them already, you know as well as I how badly they screwed the pooch on the AE release. It broke the script extender, papyrus, race menu, and lots of legacy mods where their creators either aren’t around or unable to update the mods so are lost to the ages. It crashed a lot (and I mean a LOT) of people’s games, some with thousands of hours and hundreds of mods, and yet you still blamed it on everyone and everything other than Bethesda and creation club. It was an unmitigated disaster.
  10. Well, let’s see if they glitch FO4 as badly as they did Skyrim SE.
  11. I use Amazing Follower Tweaks. You can set each of your follower(s) fighting style including whether or not they’ll attack, set following distances, whether they use magic and what spells they can use, and so on. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6656
  12. Thank you! Now get back to making those great mods.
  13. Hey, when in doubt, go in swinging! Most cases it’s a good strategy.
  14. I found one with a T51 in Nuka World in the Morton residence just South East of Bradburton once. Been unable to replicate the find in two later play throughs.
  15. F4SE wishes to make the sky fall and take your first born children. It collaborated with the Nazis in WWII. It requires you to take rad-way to keep you from growing an extra leg. It turned me into a newt!
  16. Luckily like many here we knew at least two months in advance that this “update” was going to wreak havoc on the game. As such I downloaded a new game to my 2 TB external drive and added all the mods I thought I’d ever want, then cloned it all as an additional back up, plus doing the same with my existing modded game. Now I just go off line to play without issue, Funny thing though, if we without inside info knew that far in advance how it was going to affect the game, how could Bethesda not know? Almost seems they used the update to break SKSE, Papyrus, and racemenu, three programs vital to running a modded game. It’s as if they purposely released it with the intentions of throttling the Skyrim modding community while coordinating with creation club, Nexus’s pay to play rival. Naw, they’d never do that. As I’ve stated before, it’s a pity, I wish they had spent their time working on SkyrimVI instead of this nonsense. And showler, you are of course entitled to your opinion, but don’t expect it to be a popular one, people here are upset with good reason. To the rest of you, happy holidays, and Merry Christmas (or in celebration of your particular belief), time for me to head out and go be with out of state family, you all be safe, healthy, and happy. Till then, I’m out!
  17. I see you are just going to toe the party line about everything being just fine, no responsibility should rest with Bethesda, and it’s all our faults. I was waiting for you to fall back on the TOS argument, you did not disappoint. Edited to add… You sure seem triggered about me using words like irresponsible and almost criminal, then talk about going through the courts. You a lawyer for Bethesda? You sure act like one.
  18. No, you post here as nothing more than a shill, not sure if for Bethesda, or creation club, but yeah, you are a 24 karat apologist. That you fail to see why people are angry is telling. And as to almost criminal, tell me how purposely disabling personal property bought and paid for isn’t at the least very shady. Go ahead and keep making excuses, it seems to be what you’re good at.
  19. No one is arguing against bugs being “fixed”, instead we’re angry about having to do any of it due to Bethesda’s irresponsible and almost criminal behavior.
  20. Dang showler, didn’t you shill enough for Bethesda on the Nexus SAE everything we know now post? Mods are broken, some excellent ones that are no longer updated will never be back, people’s games that have thousands of hours are irreparably broken, others are just tired of trying to keep up and abandoning the game, and some are just angry over the way it was handled. Yeah, it’s a Greek tragedy, and you’re being either willfully ignorant, or trolling.
  21. Bethesda would have been better off just leaving V alone and instead spent it’s time on developing VI. The modding community had pretty much everything you’d ever need or want covered, and had it not been for them, Skyrim V would not be nearly as popular as it is. Bethesda has done well by riding the modding community coat tails, but it just couldn’t leave it alone in the hopes of a few more Septums. This entire debacle was easily avoidable.
  22. I think the AE problems stem more from malice than ignorance. They failed to full vet the updates prior to release, then were pressured into releasing them anyway knowing it would cause major problems. Heck, we were all warned months in advance that this was a game breaker. To me, the better solution would have been to make them as any other pay for DLC, give people the opportunity to download rather than just making across the board changes that affected every one whether they wanted it or not.
  23. If you’re talking about retrieving DIMA’s memories, if all else fails you can skip it using this mod… https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16157 Or try doing each via set stage… code for each level SetStage DLC03MQ04 150; SetStage DLC03MQ04 250; SetStage DLC03MQ04 350; SetStage DLC03MQ04 450; SetStage DLC03MQ04 550; Yeah, I know, it may not be what you want, but at least it’ll let you continue the game.
