Darnoc
Okay, here comes Darnoc's list of Best films (not in correct order, I like them all): - LotR-films- Monty Python's "Holy Grail", "Life of Brian" and "Meaning of Life"- Sergio Leone's "Once upon a time in the West" and "The good, the bad and the ugly"- Special Edition of the old Star Wars Films- Donny Darko- The Godfather I + II- Shawshank Redemption- Dune and Children of Dune (new Mini Series)- Alien-Series- Star Trek - Series (Especially "The Wrath of Khan", "First Contact", "The undiscovered Land" and "The Journey Home")- The usual suspects- LA Confidential- The Bourne Identidy (the old one with Richard Chamberlain)- Identidy- Shamalayan's "The Sixth Sense", "Unbreakable" and "Signs"- Escape from New York- Gladiator- The Matrix- The Mission (this one really struck me)- West Beyrouth (Watch it! Watch it!)- Les rivières pourpres- Léon- Lola rennt- Die Brücke (one of the best war films ever, old, but still the best!)- Das Boot- The thin red Line- Stalingrad (seen from the German side, very tough!) Guest
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy is without a doubt the best, then after that is Gladiator and a ways behind that is Signs (one of my favorites, the first scary movie to get the formula right) (oh and if you disagree, im or email me at [email protected] and tell me what could be better)
Peregrine
Signs (one of my favorites, the first scary movie to get the formula right) (oh and if you disagree, im or email me at [email protected] and tell me what could be better) You must be joking, right? Signs? Get it right? The movie had so many plot holes and stupid mistakes that it was barely watchable.
