Icefiddell
Problem with asking a question like this is i can never remember off the top of my head. You mentioned Apocalypse Now, have you seen the version on DVD, cant remember the full name but nthey've added summit to it, its been digitally mastered and so on and all the footage that has been taken out of the film has been pur in. It's great. What did people think of the last samuria lol i thought that was one of Tom Cruise's best films if not his best, in terms of acting anyway. Kaningutten
Yeah, I have the apocalypse Now! Redux version... pretty cool! I actually thought of adding The Last Samurai to my list, but I'm not to keen on admitting that Tom Cruise did a good film. (Well, actually Vanilla Sky was pretty good, too!) But, yeah, Last Samurai had kick-*ss katana-fighting!
Darnoc
I'll have to add "Avalon" to my list of favourite films. It's really a masterpiece, not a blockbuster. Totally surrealistic and more like art than a film. And it is one of those films which you can meditate about. It only rises questions, it doesn't give you any answers. And there is of course "Donny Darko", the master of all strange-surreal films.
eviljim
my list is pretty straightforward: 1. anything with johnny depp2. (just about) anything with bruce willis3. movies with jessica alba now that she's legal (plot or no plot - she's just damn hot *drool*)
whos_next
I would have to say that the best series of all time would be the Alien Series (although number 3 was a bit of a flop) Other movies would be Resident Evil Apocolipse, Scary Movie 3, Enemy at the Gates, and a special mention goes out to the Rocky Horror Picture Show

Malchik
Adras and G_M, your posts have been edited to remove certain evil words. <_< You will note in the rules that there are words never allowed to be uttered together on these forums. One begins with H and the other with P! The reasons for this are buried in Dark0ne's sock drawer, so don't go there! BTW G-m by Endless Story do you mean 'Neverending Story'? Mediaeval stories - erm - such as LadyhawkJabberwockyMonty Python and the Holy GrailMerlin (ugh!)King Arthur The last two certainly wouldn't appear on my 'best films' list! Gabbemaster
Dark0nes Sock Drawer... *runs away and hides somwhere* And whats wrong with Har... *stops in time, and dodges a bolt from Dark0ne* :help: ;) Neverending story... maybee. I don't know the right English-Title becasue the title was translated to Swedish. It was about a boy and a big white doglike flying being. And a princess and wishes, and black monsters with claws. And he had to save a fantasyworld from "Nothingnes". It was a cute little film. I haveen't seen King Arthur, and I don't intend to do it either, Ive heard it was crap.
