But what I see you suggested there ... about a sub level of free stuff people should be able to package.

And then the packageing of said stuff should be paid for because there are naturally alot of people who don't want to have to learn to package.

Are you suggesting the stuff freely given should remain freely given once some one figures how to exploit it for monetary gain ?

It is intellectual capital that is covered under the 77 years ... not the 7 year of patents.

This is not the thread for this. The OP asked for help, not a discussion on the merits of modpacks and the finer points of IP. Start another thread if you want to have that discussion.

Actually how you defeat the mod packers from exploiting .

Is once they have packed the mods ... then you just share it Freely .

The same way they mined peoples creations ... you mine their creations.
