Skyrim suddenly bright/nightvision

I had the same thing in Labyrinthian and then in Morthal and in some ruin with the ghost adventurers. Each time there were ghosts. In Morthal, the little girl ghost, in Labyrinthian the wizards and the ghost draugr and in the ruin adventurer ghosts. The problem went away after either killing the ghosts or solving their quest.

Im sure it's either Dragonborn or SkyRe aswell. Never had this problem before and I haven't installed any mods except SkyRe updates and Dragonborn since.

Been disabling every mod one by one for the last hour ( I'm at the esp cap, tis a slow process.) looking to see what the hell was causing this. I shalt try rid myself of the enemy scaling and hope it works. The Grayfell thanks ye for the catch :]

wowsers, who wouldve thought something that has nothing to do with visuals might be the culprit behind the brightness haha O.o

Reinstalling Skyrim atm and will definitely muck around with mods to see if it is indeed the scaling module.

Good find Holico :D

Same places for me. Ghosts are definately a problem. T3nd0 should've heard about the problem and I#m sure a fix is coming :D Need the scaling module back!

Im getting something like this but even when I start the game with all of my mods disabled the blur and discoloration is still there.

Making a new game with and without all my mods fixes it, but I would like to avoid that solution. What about a mod that removes these effects from the game?
