Just a quick little tidbit.

 

I didn't fix anything, but I reinstalled it and got my frames back to normal and installed the mods one by one. The game is working fine now, so I'll just take what I have at this point. I appreciate all the assistance trying to figure out the problem. Its really annoying I couldn't find the issue, but at this point, I just want to play the damn game lol.
