Don't know if it's a problem on their end, or because I am in the US....... There's a trailing space character at the end of the link. Delete it and the link works fine. Figgered it out. :) In that article, Russia isn't banning anything either, then are just attempting to require that electronics sold in Russia, also include 'alternative', russian-made software apps.
