HadToRegister
You'll probably get a lot more answers if you post this in the Fallout New Vegas modding forum.
JimboUK
You'll find the forum here, it would also help if you told people what you wanted them ported from.
dubiousintent
As you specified "models", one assumes you are strictly speaking about the "mesh" (though textures are a similar case). A starting point would be the 'Custom items' section of the wiki "Getting started creating mods using GECK" article. There is also the 'Weapons', 'Conversions', 'NifSkope Mesh Editor', and 'Blender Mesh Editor' sections. (The Blender section is based upon the assumption you are using the version recommended in the 'Image Tools' section of that article for maximum compatibility.) As alluded to in the previous post, not all weapon models from other games can legally be ported, even between games from the same publisher if you plan to publish them to a web site afterwards. (Personal use only is not a problem.) For FNV that typically means only if the model is from FO3 and already exists in the FNV files. Check the "Terms and Policies" of the Nexus site and the copyright provisions of the source game in particular. -Dubious-
