Alexander the Great
From what i hear house redoran and imperial legion arent good for getting any rewards in general. I think that the imperial legion isnt bad for a new character due to the fact taht they equip you with armor and a weapon. If you really need money then just do something easy. Make potions, raid caverns, or what i think is the best is to raid daedric ruins(due to the excessive amount of dadra, weapons, enchanted items, and gold. If it comes down to it and you have an impressive security skill or unlock item and a chameleon item, then just rob a vault of one of the houses. That solves your money needs.) TheArc
swing by ghostgate , take the full suit of Glass, teh assorted glass and ebony weapons, and other things. then swing by the Great House Vaults in Vivec (redoren has LOTS of sbony stuff in there) its an easy....lots of gold oh, and the tower of Tel Fyr/Corprusarium has TONS of good stuff
Switch
Um, you may have noticed that he said he doesn't steal with this character :P hence any suggestions like robbing the Dren Plantation or stealing from the vaults don't really count...
Untouchable1
ok i did more Legion quests and it seems to play out as a 'spoils of war' type reward system, sence you have to kill like necromacers or warlords anyway. i just hate the 'domestic disturbance' calls like the mating netch that was dumb. my new guy is a warroir actually and i plan to join only warrior like factions with him. as far as redoran goes i think its basicly the same. but about the morag tong, are the peolpe you kill are they just like weak or unarmed people or are there at least a few real tough guys? i dont want to join them if there will be no challenge in combat. FlightlessBird
I've done all the Morag Tong quests except for the final four. (I have yet to beat the game with that Character) Your basically right most of the time. mroe than half the people you assassinate are going to be fairly weak and with not much to take off their bodies. some of them, however, have decent stuff that could help you. From what i hear, the final four assassination missions are people who have good stuff, and some of them are important to the main quest. (good thing the their only available after you've completed the main quest.) I would also reccomend doing Eno Hlaluus (sp?) special duties. These mostly involve the dark brotherhood and sanguine items. Try and collect all the sanguine stuff if you can. good stuff inbetween finding them
Untouchable1
i hate spoilers but i just had to check uesp.net to see if it was even worth the challenge. three of the four grandmaster writs are a bit more challenging and a few of the lesser writs have a few bodyguards, but ultimately it just looks like a bunch of killing and getting rich :shifty: . not this Nord's style but maybe after this character i could get into that with a vamp/mage (but anyway). omg the redguard Neminda's first redoran quest, i cant even find the guar. her directions suxrs muh nutsrz! Adras
How'd you kill him, then? ;)I used spells. Lots nad lots of them, but luckily my magic regenerates. And I was lucky to get a time that he didnt levitate. Bah, I dont think that we're helping Untouchable1 too much, so I'm gunna say this: I dont like the Rerdoran's. I like their buildings, but they arent a very good house. I joined House Hlaalu and for the first couple quests, I think they give you like 100 - 500 gold and after that, its gotton up to almost 1000 gold every quest. Malchik
There are rewards for the later Redoran quests and they take you to more interesting places than Hlaalu. They are not the most generous of houses. However you can play Redoran and then Hlaalu without mods if you wish (not the other way around). DiStUrBeD
everyones right when they say Redoran is cheap, but when u do become Councilman u do get a nice Redoran Master Helm which looks pretty damn cool, and as far as i know u can only get it through House Redoran, so there not to bad, i also like the stronghold u make with them, u get a lot of cool stuff :D
