Cybernettr
I had to do some major troubleshooting on both my PC and my Oculus Rift, and I had to reinstall Vortex. I see Skyrim VR is an officially recognized game in Vortex. Yay! However, even though I am logged into Vortex and Nexus, under Mods in the Dashboard, it says, "You don't have any installed mods." I was hoping it would remember which mods I had installed before. Any way to jog its memory?
HadToRegister
What did your major troubleshooting involve?Reinstalling Windows?Deleting the AppData Directory?
Cybernettr
Yeah, it was reinstalling Windows. Turns out an Oculus firmware update messed something up on my Alienware. The "fix" involves making sure the HMD is always disconnected when booting up. The reinstall may not have been necessary, but there I am.

The reason Vortex doesn't remember anything is when you reinstalled windows, it overwrote the C:\users\YOUR NAME\Appdata\roaming\Vortex folder where all of the info for Vortex is stored. You essentially gave it a lobotomy, and now it doesn't know where your mods, games, are or what's installed. Cybernettr
I'm looking on the NexusMods site to see if it has a record of which mods I've used. So far I see only the mod I endorsed but that's a start.

So far I see only the mod I endorsed but that's a start.Just look at your Download History on Nexusmods.Click on MODS in the top menu on Nexus, and select DOWNLOAD HISTORYAnd after you do that, when you go to each Mod Page to download them again, click on the TRACK button and you have your own custom like of Mods you downloaded to you can refer to it in the future, and get notifications when the mod is updated
