my mods are not showing in the load order or when i start the game

So I recently moved my steam games into a new hard drive. The games work fine. but now my mods dont load. I noticed also when i got mod load order in vortex they do not show anything but the native files. The mods are installed and i pressed deploy etc. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have no idea what is going on and have scoured the web for hours looking a solutions but cant seem to find anything.

Hopefully, BEFORE you moved your game to a different drive you:

1. PURGED your Mods first using Vortex
2. Moved your Games to a different drive using Steam
3. Loaded up Vortex, and manually changed the location of your Steam games you modded in Vortex.
4. Re-Deployed your mods.


If you didn't do that, then you'll have to start over by manually deleting your mods in your game folders, because when Hardlinks or symlinks are moved in Windows,, Windows goes ahead and makes a physical copy of your mods on the hardrive.
If you Moved your Games without PURGING in Vortex first, then Vortex has no idea where the games or mods are anymore.
