Vahmung
I have been playing Skyrim modded for many years now and I recently just came across an issue that I have never encountered. I recently installed a few weapon and shield mods that I have used in the past. Anyways, normal procedure with Vortex and the Nexus, download the mods, they appear in Vortex, install, deploy, check my plugins to make sure they are enabled and didn't disable anything else. Then I run LOOT, and do some xEdit tweaks just incase it conflicts with an NPC or pre-existing item. ANYWAYS... This time around I installed these mods, they show up under plugins but whenever I load into the game, the mods do not load. Even when I go to xEdit the mods show up but de-selected. I thought it was a game client issue and verified integrity but that didn't fix it. Unsure how to solve this issue. Has anyone encountered this before? HadToRegister
There's no need to run LOOT because it's already built into Vortex.Running Loot probably messed things up.Also DO NOT use the In Game Mod Manager to see if your Mods are loaded, because you're going to make the In Game Mod Manager fight with Vortex's plugins.txt
Vahmung
Okay, so no more LOOT. Still though, how would I solve this issue? Manually edit the plugins.txt file to make sure the mods are registered? I even uninstalled the mods and reinstalled them to see if their was an installation error, yet still the same thing. Vortex shows the plugins being loaded yet in game they are not loaded.

Vahmung
I checked with Additem which lists all loaded mods (Since it is a sword). I then quit the game, check on xEdit and see that it is not selected on, I then look at Vortex Plugins which shows it is enabled. So I don't know. I even just tested with a mod I already have loaded into the game, Immersive Armors. I uninstalled it, re-installed, started a new game, mod is not activated in the game yet on the Vortex plugins, it shows up as being enabled. Is the MOd Staging Folder (on the same page) on the same drive as the game?
Vahmung
Yes. Hardlink deployment is set, my staging folder is on the same drive as where the game is located, separate folders, etc. At this point I am just going to uninstall everything and re-install, clean. I am just highly curious why the mods will not actually load in game yet Vortex shows they are enabled. I just tried another mod WACCF which effects many items in-game, nothing has taken effect. Vahmung
I got it to work afterwards. I was able to repair and fix it. Everything works good now.
