accidentally hit "dont show this again" for loose files may not get loaded

I accidentally hit the "dont show this again" button for the "loose files may not get loaded. and i obviously cant get that error to pop up again so i cant let vortex fix it. How do i fix this? and this is for skyrim SE if it matters.

Don't people look at the SETTINGS menu anymore?


SETTINGS------>INTERFACE--------->Click "RESET SUPPRESSED NOTIFICATIONS"
