Oblivionaddicted
So you get this problem without using any mod? In this case delete your Oblivion\Data\meshes\characters\_male folder and check if the problem remains.

I think it might be an issue with OCO but I'm not sure whats causing the issue. I'm using the seamless Roberts/HGEC body with the integrated hair, new eyes, new brows, and better mouth for OCO. I found out what it is. I uninstalled the universal skeleton and it fixed it. Not sure why that was messing things up. I still have that flat all white texture on Joesiah's hair mod though. I'm using archive invalidation so I know the textures are there and should be working. Edited December 19, 2020 by Ulfric1
Pellape
Just a tiny tip maybe when you get this problem fixed... WAC works great together with MOO as Maskar do recommend it as well in one of his ini files... ;)

Pellape
Yeapp, well it adds a lot of weapons and different creatures. There's a page as well on Nexus, that has older patches that are now worthless a bd I cannot find it any longer, but it had some screenies and info but it adds a lot of different creatures and also a lot nice weapons and armors and MOO ini will handle the spawns for it. Here's another usefull patch that fixes arena. I did wonder why that gate did not work properly? I did a youtube search and found this He do change the armors for the Imperials to traditional roman ones and also makes the different mages have their own nice styles of robes, so all healers have grey robes, conjurers blue and so on, different themes for the different guildhalls. It makes the game to have more options and I do find spawns after a long time of playing that I have never seen before, so I still gets surprised when I am out strolling in the landscape. The list of animals is huge. Wac's shops can also make you raise your eyebrow's... One shop has 2 very odd shopkeepers for sure Edited December 20, 2020 by Pellape
