Pellape Posted December 23, 2020 Share Posted December 23, 2020 (edited) Your Screenshots -> Paintings in Hobbit HomeI want your screenshots as paintings in the Hobbit Home and it doesn't matter if it is landscapes nor your char but if you use Hobbit Home, a screenshot of your char must be very fun to have, would't it?I did add this in the description of Hobbit Home but it has so much text that no one would ever read it all, I wouldn't but I can't take any words away from it either, in case someone wants to read all that nonsense or rubbish... :wink: I did add my first char from 2006 as a painting the first thing I did in this mod and that screenshot is from when I was betatesting the mod Pek The Halls of the Phoenix Order for Oblivion as one example as I died, and it looked so cool when she lied there on the ground so I did hit the Print Screen button. Any screenshot will do really. :smile: That screenshot is on the left side of this screenshot, in the main living room. Yours will be added to the Display Room at this stage. When I think about it, one of each side of that fire place would have been perfect as well and also smaller ones above the beds, next to my old char. Well I sure need many screenshots. Any size will do as I did made frames that will suit any size and I love those damn paintings still, even if I made the frames 16 years ago for Morrowind first and then ported them to Oblivion. I did made hundreds of paintings for the members of Canadian Ices forum back then and made a big gallery... :wink: All of that is gone now... If you have seen the frames, you also maybe noticed that they are full of runes, with small messages... ;) Feel free to add your screenshots here or send them to me in a private message. What I need at the moment is to add 18 paintings at places where I did plan to add other stuff, which I can't for performance reasons so I put paintings there instead and move my initial plans Elsewear. 18 paintings will also impact performance, but not as much as I initially planned. Pellape Posted January 5, 2021 Author Share Posted January 5, 2021 (edited) Yes I am as I am adding Paintings at the moment, the last thing I do before v0.04 that I might release in a few days, just polishing things up and make a final script so I want to peek at yours for sure. :smile: I also need more after v0.04 as I will add more paintings in the new sections as well. Pellape Posted January 6, 2021 Author Share Posted January 6, 2021 (edited) Yes. 2 of them :smile: I already have a painting of the Imperial City and the picture inside the shrine has to low contrast and I think I have other ones. When I made my painting exchanger, that is no longer available anywhere, except those screenies, I did add extra contrast and enhanced the colors a lot, which you can see at the screenshots. I do not touch those settings this time though, but maybe I should really as painters mostly enhance colors in their paintings anyway, making them look a bit better then it really does. :smile: The backside of adding more light to your screenshots, is also that you will loose the contrast and in reality, something that our eyes automatically is searching, is contrasts according to a documentary I saw the other day about our eyes and how they work, so I will try to add more colors and contrast to those 2 I did choose :) Edited January 6, 2021 by Pellape Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
