Need help with missing master and load order

I need help with my mod load order since its generating the missing master error when i try booting the game. It crashes on the splash screen after loading. here is my mod load order from the Vortex menu, top to bottom:

1.) CaliberX ems update
2.) Desert Eagle v1.0-56745
3.) FAMAS F1
4.) FNV 4GB patch-62552
5.) Freeside GunRunners
6.) Gas Masks of the World
7.) Glocks 1_3-49230 (I Love Pistols Glock Pack)

9.) M1897_TrenchGun
10.) Mosin Nagant-49740
11.) NVAC - New Vegas Anti Crash
12.) NVSR 4-1-36
13.) Radio Free Wasteland
14.) Road and Camp Entrance cleared (mod tha clears Primms roads of cars)
15.) The Commando Rifle Animation Pack
16.) The Mod Configuration Menu
17.) The Professional Pistol Animation Pack
18.) Version 1.87 (cheat menu redux mod)
19.) WMVM-41267
20.) Weapons of the New Millenia v1.1
21.) Weaponstore-62310 (Curtis Munitions)
22.) XRE - CARS v0.85
23.) XRE - CARS v0.86
24.) NVSE
25.) Caliber 3-18 - FOMOD (CaliberX main mod)

(at some point the Weapon Animation Replacers FOMOD was downloaded but it wouldnt install, just give a popup menu for the animations option selector)

Ill be editing the list to add details as i go through the mods on nexus and check for any missed files i forgot to download. im new to modding this game and could use some help fixing this. Also sorry if the names of the mods are a bit odd, as i just typed them in as they showed up in the Vortex mod manager. Thanks, and Happy Holidays!

What does the actual missing master error say when you click on MORE?

Did you start and run the game without mods? Or did you add the mods hoping the game would start and run?

 

The actual load order is required in order to provide any useful help. From what you posted you have the CaliberX update loading before CaliberX.

 

From the download page for Caliber "Main package: Fomod ready. Install with FOMM Package Manager" Vortex may or may not install this properly.

There isn't a more section, it just goes to the menu splash screen and has the error message in a background tab.

I disabled the rest of my mods except those two and put the main mod ahead of the update, but it still wouldnt work. i just got rid of it since its just a patch for another mod.

The MORE Button in VORTEX when it tells you there are Missing Masters.
