Moonuela Posted December 24, 2020 Share Posted December 24, 2020 (edited) Hello. I use Vortex for mod management for Skyrim Special Edition and i'm having trouble when loading the mods. In my dashboard it says 13 mods are installed but when I click play and actually play the game none of these mods load, only vanilla Skyrim. What could be happening? HadToRegister Posted December 24, 2020 Share Posted December 24, 2020 Now click on SETTINGS----->MODSWhere, and what Drive is your Mod Staging Folder (the path is shown on that screen) OK, I see your MOds are on C:\DriveAlso, what is your Deployment Method (Also shown on that screen)Where, and what drive is your Game installed?Does SkyUI run? Moonuela Posted December 26, 2020 Author Share Posted December 26, 2020 (edited) Ok so i've had a few issues with a big mess on my drives but now I believe i fixed everything. The thing is: i'm tryna play Skyrim SE with SKSE64 (which is installed, i've followed tutorials). My deployment method is Hardlink Deployment and i've done everything i could but the mods still aren't running, only vanilla. HadToRegister Posted December 26, 2020 Share Posted December 26, 2020 DO NOT, Put YOur Mod Staging Folder INSIDE your DOWNLOAD Folder.They should be something like D:\Vortex Mods\D:\Vortex Downloads\NOTD:\Downloads\Vortex\DownloadsD:\Downloads\Vortex\ModsThat is going to be one huge mess.
