CSOcarrier
Vortex may be waiting for you to accept a UAC prompt before it starts moving the files Where can I find this UAC prompt? Edit: Ah nope, no UAC is waiting to confrim permission, it's just stuck there
HadToRegister
Nothing showing up in the Bell icon? If not, are you using Windows Defender?Maybe your AntiVirus is preventing Installer.exe from being moved because it looks suspicious to it

I did click suggest and apply but it comes back to the problem I'm having, it does move everything but it just gets stuck there at the end. Yeah I'm using Windows Defender and Malwarebytes. See if "Controlled Folder Access" is turned on in Windows Defender, if it is...turn it off. Also, have you tried Turning off MalwareBytes and Defender and moving the folder? One or both of those might be blocking it, considering it always gets stuck on "Installer.exe" makes me suspect the AV software.
