sumoftwosins
Movie: Blast from the Past w/ Brendon Frasier. It is a comedy, but really has the FO3 theme going for the first half.

Poliochi
I've heard about A Boy and his Dog, and I thought it sounded pretty good. And yes, the Stand is 100% Steven King. It's a story about how after a mass dieoff due to a plague (?), there are two major communities left (in the US): a good one in some small town on the East Coast, and an evil one in Vegas (see what he did there? And for reference, he's from Maine). They battle, people die. Not really Fallout though, because Flagg is magic, and there's no nuclear devastation. And the Dark Tower was the best series I've ever read. It was so AMAZING.
cemre
Well,I'd say bioshock for game, I mean, it has some "exploration after some disaster" theme very well.
RebelGamer85
Did anyone mention Soldiers of Anarchy? Yeah the pathfinding was terrible, but it did have a post-apocalyptic theme, and was kinda Mad-Max inspired (fighting in vehicles). Didn't use a nuclear war as the way civilization ended (it was a virus of some type)
Gafgar Adolis
I'm surprised no one's mentioned Crystalis, an old NES game from back in the day. Bombs fall, two hundred years later (?!) the world starts looking like a cross between Mad Max and the Legend of Zelda. Also, Sword of Fire = Shishkebab + Flamer.
