Question on Profile management and profile has own settings

So I'm almost done setting up The Frontier with Vortex and have all my ini files ready to go per the mod authors instructions. However, I have Vortex setup for profile management and told it I want it to have its own unique game settings for that profile. Question is where do I put those ini files that i created? That way Vortex will use them every time I want to use The Frontier profile I created for it.

 

Edit: Would they still go into the game settings folder New Vegas uses in documents or would the ini files go into the profile folder I found in the AppData? I hope I'm making sense.

You can just use the regular INI folders/files as normal. The difference is that when you switch profile those INIs will be saved to Vortex's AppData folder so they can be swapped back in when you switch back.

 

Also, after editing your INIs, make sure you deploy. This saves the changes.
