Fallout 4 Vortex projiles crashing in Main Menu

I have two profiles in Vortex, one that I started first but is kind of personal, and one that I made recently to be able to stream with. The second has less mods than the first, and when I start it up, it goes up to a certain point in Fallout 4's main menu before crashing. I have tried everything except the nuclear option as that would wipe out everything. I had posted on a similar thread but was told to start a new one, as it was two years old, even though it was the most recent and similar problem, and was the first thing that came up when I searched for answers. Is it a problem with just Fallout 4 not being able to do instances with different save games and settings?

Fallout 4 works fine with different Game Saves and different Game Settings.

In your streaming profile, did you DISABLE the mods you don't want to use?

Also, check the Notification Bell Icon, it sounds like you're having a Missing Master Problem, especially if you're getting to the main menu and crashing.

Also, are you using a zMERGE, Xedit Merge or BASHED patch in both profiles?

If so, you need to DISABLE the mods you aren't going to use in your streaming profile and generate a new Bashed or Zmerge patch, or Xedit Merge patch that doesn't include the Mods in your personal profile

Again, check the Notification Bell Icon to see if there's a MISSING MASTER warning on it

Yes, I disabled the mods I didn't want to use

checked the bell, and double checked for missing masters. There wasn't any.

No, I am not using any of those.

I had also done the suggested thing of borderless windowed mode on the lowest graphical settings on the lowest resolution. And like I said, I even deleted the Fallout 4 folder in "MyGames". Before the crashing, I just had troubles with infinite load screen for a new game. Doing the solution now started causing me crashes instead.

Something often over-looked: Make sure your video drivers are up to date. An old driver can cause hard to debug crashes.

checked, and I have the latest drivers.

Does Bodyslide affect this? My streaming profile has all body type presets, outfits sliders, and Bodyslide Studio disabled. The game might be crashing because it can't find the correct files if they are changed intrinsically. Had that trouble with New Vegas with texture replacers.
