Campinas
Windows 7 64 bit8 gigs ramVortex 1.3.22I just purchased Skyrim SE and it said I had to use Stream to use it. When I try to add it to my managed games it says it can't find it. I could not find the supported tab, but I found a way to look for the .exe to launch the program, SkyrimLauncher is the application file. Vortex could still not find the program. I can't download mods until Vortex finds the game. I'm at a loss.
HadToRegister
In Vortex, click on the GAMES tabExpand the UNMANAGED section, is Skyrim showing up IN COLOR there? If so, click on MANAGE.If it's not, then click on SHOW HIDDEN in the upper menu on the GAME Tab.The other thing to try is to type in SKYRIM in the search box in the GAMES tab. Campinas
Great Start. The Skyrim game is colored, not the Skyrim SE. I assume it will work now. Thank you so much.

Where did you buy SKyrim from?Perhaps you accidentally bought Skyrim LE, the Legendary Edition, which is the 32bit older version of Skyrim Otherwise, if you had Skyrim SE, you would've bought it right from Steam, rather than being notified you needed Steam. I'm guessing you bought Legendary Edition.
