Gchristian88 Posted February 2, 2021 Posted February 2, 2021 I am running the latest version of vortex (unsure where to find this information). I am trying to mod Fallout 4 on a windows 10 x64. I was able to download many mods but when installing the mods I got a message saying "Installation Canceled: Spawn EPERM." I then attempted to restart vortex and got a message saying "Vortex installation has been corrupted." I don't know it these to problems are related, I appreciate some insight into the problem.
HadToRegister Posted February 2, 2021 Posted February 2, 2021 Click on the 3 vertical dots to the right of your avatar in Vortex and select ABOUT, that will tell you the version.Turn off your AntiVirus program and reinstall Vortex.Also, if you're using Windows Defender, be sure to turn off "Controlled Folder Access"
