And for RP reasons they should really get a bonus from eating meat and should be unable to eat fruit, but food items don't have the correct keywords to do it without touching individual food items. :(

 

Actually the Green Pact only applies to vegetation from Valenwood. Stuff from Skyrim would be perfectly fine for a Bosmer to eat.

Inb4 some joker sells Valenwood fruits just to screw over the next bosmer that comes along. :smile:

Update:

Imperial ability: Cosmopolitan
Imperials are all talk and no action. This makes vendors cut you a better deal (yawn), reduces bribe costs (yawn) and enables you to give any non-hostile non-Stormcloak willing to chat with you a wad of cash and permanently increase their disposition to Ally so they can become your followers and stuff. Yes, you can buy friends.

Imperial power: Colovian Star
(1/day) If your health, stamina and/or magicka are below 20%, it regenerates said stats at a rate of 25 points for 15 seconds. You can use this as a free full heal, or a free full magicka refill, or stamina refill, or all three if you time it right. Oh, and the percentage increases by 1% every 2 levels up to a cap of 50%.

Argonian ability: Histborn
Gives waterbreathing (yawn) and when your health, stamina and/or magicka dips below 20%, half of the difference between them and 20% is regenerated per second. This also applies to enemies. trollface.jpg

Changed the functionality of Colovian Star (at 2AM lol). It now restores 10 (+0.5 per clvl) points per second for 15 seconds if your stats are below 25%, and also doesn't kick in if your stats are lowered below 25% after it is cast, so you do need to time it.

I don't want to give races abilities that specifically improve certain builds. This creates the whole favoured build syndrome I'm trying to avoid (aka why build a non-mage high elf?).

 

A nonmagical radar is a bosmer skill.

Not much progress today, but I did implement:

Dunmer ability: Balefire
A blast of hellfire from Red Mountain that kills the target but also damages you based on how much damage it did.

Dunmer ability: Whispers
Periodically indicates a nearby human with magical loot, kill or pickpocket.

And graphics for Ancestral Guardians!

Dunmer powers will interact with these guardians in various ways.

I see. But hey, judging by those new skills, you make me want to start a Imperial. Though will the Voice of the Emperor be erased or it will stay?

I want to get rid of the vanilla racials because they are just copies of regular spells or boring passives. Except berserk, that one's interesting with a few tweaks.

 

Currently working on the altmer abilities. I hope to be able to finish off all of the 'mers by the end of the week.
