The Good old Black Face Glitch

I reckon we all know and love it. You start a freshly modded game and the faces of your NPCs are as black as a Redguard's.

 

I have checked my Mods, i have tried enabling and disabling certain skin mods and character overhauls, but alas to no avail.

 

I've no Idea what i'm missing, LOOT didn't give me an error, and i've gotten all the patches LOOT pointed me at.

 

Here's my current Load Order, provided by LOOT, i am using Vortex

You don't need loot with vortex.

 

Have you tried disabling every character texture mod? If you haven't, give it a shot and re-enable them one at a time until it breaks again.

I believe i have, but some Mod Names are a little cryptic at times, so i might have missed some and wouldn't know

I can see 3 NPC overhauls just from a quick scan of your modlist. There's other mods that definitely touch on NPCs but might not necessarily be an 'overhaul'. Just start with the most likely candidates first.
