Raye Posted April 18, 2013 Share Posted April 18, 2013 (edited) It's not exactly a summon, but Convenient Horses lets you whistle for your mount, (and there are probably standalone horse/mount call mods) and there is the Armored Sabrecat mount which summons the cat.
