Re-installled Vortex, now mods from specific author doesn't show in game

After a fresh install of Vortex, mods from a specific author doesn't show in game [Fallout 4] they worked before. Mods are installing normally and report says nothing is wrong. Any help?

It'd be nice if you told people how you fixed it, especially for the people looking in this thread for an answer.

 

If you're going to take the time to come back and post "FIXED", you could at least help others by saying HOW you fixed it.
